For customers who are struggling to stay in control of their gambling, we are offering gambling blocking technology — GamBan — free of charge. This program allows customers to block their access to gambling sites for at least a year. For more information, please click here.

Gamblers Anonymous

This is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from a gambling problem. You can find an A-Z international list of locations where meeting are held here

If you live in the UK and need to talk to someone about problem gambling, then contact GamCare: GamCare is a registered charity that provides confidential telephone and online support and counselling to anyone affected directly or indirectly by problem gambling. The GamCare National Helpline can be contacted 24/7 on freephone number 0808 8020 133 (free calls from all UK landlines and most major mobile networks). Alternatively, visit Gamcare.org.uk

 

Dunlewey Centre
If you live in Ireland and need to talk to someone about problem gambling, then you can contact the Dunlewey Centre, and their helpline numbers are 0800 088 6725 (NI) and 1800 936725 (ROI).

Multi-Operator Self Exclusion Scheme
The service allows people to register an initial wish to self-exclude, add premises to an existing self-exclusion, renew a self-exclusion when it has been in place for a year and record any notifications of a wish to return to gambling after the year of self-exclusion has expired.
